醫療設備於地震中之變形需求探討

摘要


有鑑於緊急醫療救護對於地震後救災工作之重要性,相關醫院在地震中除須確保建物本身之結構安全外,尚須維持內部設備之運作能力。在醫院內之主要設備中,管線系統的完整性往往對設備之運作能力有決定性的影響,由於管線在地震中之受損程度與建築物之層間變位有密切的關連,相關規範中常使用層間變位角做為管線設施之損害指標,為確保醫療設備在地震中具備足夠之變形能力,必需了解建築物在地震中之變形狀況,本研究根據建築物在實際地震中之樓層加速度資料推算樓層間之變位,分析中除了以濾波及區段平均線法對位移函數進行修正之外,並將計算結果與有限元素分析及振動台試驗之量測值進行比對,以驗證分析方法在實際應用上之可行性。最後再根據中央氣象局之監測資料,分析二十二棟建築物在921地震中之層間變位與最大地表加速度之關聯性,以作為建築物在設計上之參考。

Due to the importance of the emergency medical services after the earthquake relief work, the relevant hospital should keep structural safety of the buildings and the efficient operation of inner equipments.In the major equipments of hospital, the completeness of pipeline systems usually decides the available of equipments operation. In earthquake, due to the closed relationship of the damage level of pipeline system and the story drift of buildings, the relevant norms use the story drift as the damage index of pipeline systems. In order to ensure that the medical equipments have sufficient deformation capacity in earthquake, we need to realize the deformation of buildings in the earthquake. According to the seismic acceleration data of the story of buildings, this study calculates the deformation of stories. In this analysis, in order to verify the feasibility in actual applications, we use the wave filter and sectional average method to correct the function of displacement and compare the results with finite element analysis or shaking table test. Finally, we use the measurement data form the Central Weather Bureau to analyze the relationship between the story drift and the peak ground acceleration of 22 buildings in the 921 earthquake as the reference of buildings design.
