全球衛星定位系統(Global Positioning System,GPS)是結合衛星及無線通訊技術的導航系統,能提供給使用者精確的定位、速度及時間。而地理資訊系統(Geographic Information Systems,GIS)是為一套可以整合各項相關地理資料的資訊化作業系統,其架構於完整豐富的地理資料庫之上,並具有資料擷取、編修、更新、儲存、查詢、處理、分析及展示等不同功能。 近年來隨著GPS的普及與GIS應用,使得導航和定位變得更精確與便利,再加上行動通訊快速發展與擴增,相互結合推展許多因地置宜的服務,如Location-Based Service (LBS)相關應用等,目的是將這些位置資訊做整合,再提供給使用者有價值資訊和服務。 本論文為設計一套結合衛星定位系統與行動通訊網路,預先告知用路人在其附近範圍內的各種救難車輛(救護車、消防車)之位置與行進方向,並提供語音警示與引導迴避,並讓救難車能安全快速到達目的地且完成執行任務的使命。本論文主要使用GPS系統定位出救難車輛所在位置,透過行動通訊傳送至Server端,Server端以廣播傳送救難車輛位置資訊給其他一般使用者,當一般使用者接收到這些救難車位置資訊時,再進行演算法判斷出救難車之位置、距離與方向,再給予適當的語音引導迴避建議。 本系統在建置時為了讓使用者能方便取得且容易安裝使用,所以使用者只要利用Android帄台智慧型手機,便能快速安裝本系統,在利用手機內建的GPS系統與3G等無線通訊網路,就能登入系統與使用系統中的各種功能。
Global Positioning System, GPS, is a system combining with the satellite navigation and wireless network technology to provide the accurate positioning, speed and time to the users. Geographic Information Systems, GIS, is an information operation system integrating related geographic information and designed on the basis of completed geographic database. It has the functions as below: data catch, data edit, data update, data saving, data search, data analysis, data showing, etc. Because GPS and GIS are used popularly today, the navigation and the positioning become more accurate and more convenient. Besides, the mobile communication is also developed quickly now, so many new services based on the location are to integrate the geographic information and provide to the users. This thesis designs a system combining satellite navigation and mobile communication technology. It provides a driver the positions and forward directions of the emergency vehicles such as a ambulance or a fire engine and also provides voice warning and avoiding guiding to let the emergency vehicle can arrive at the destination quickly and safely. This system use GPS to locate the position of the emergency vehicle and transmit its position to a server. Then the server will publish the position information of the emergency vehicles to all registered clients. When the general driver’s smart phone receives this information, it calculates the real position, distance and direction of the emergency vehicles by the algorithm and provides the proper voice warning and the avoiding guiding. In order to make the system easier being used, the software for both general and emergency vehicles are designed under Android platform. It can be downloaded and installed quickly on Android platform of the driver’s smart phone. The driver can login as a client and use all functions through GPS and 3G wireless mobile communication networks.
