摘要


由於行動通訊、地理資訊系統(GIS)與全球衛星定位系統(GPS)快速發展,致使GPS的普及;GPS定位資訊應用在GIS系統上,實現了空中、海上和陸地精確導航的功能,提高導航的正確性與安全性。 行動數據服務因為頻寬的擴充和GPS的普及,增加了許多的應用,如定位服務(LBS);LBS是依照個別的需求與在地性,而因地置宜的提供服務,如何將IP位址(IP Address)與LBS整合?透過網路上的追踪,將所查詢到的IP Address或網域名稱(Domain Name),預測其地理位置,是本文主要的探討內容。 本論文主要是以建構一個LBS的基本雛型為例,完成一個快速查詢的平台,希望能透過IP 封包傳送的延遲,預測地理位置進而增加許多有效的應用。

The mobile communications-Geographic Information System (GIS) and Global Position System (GPS) are developed rapidly. Nowadays, the GPS becomes universal and popular; the application of GPS information in GIS improves the navigation accuracy, safety and also enhances the navigation function. Many applications are increasing because mobile data services, bandwidth and GPS are popularized; Such as Location Base Service (LBS) is one of them. LBS mean that it provides appropriate services by individual need. How to integrate IP Address to LBS and how to predict geography location in the GIS from the IP address or Domain Name found in the network, this is what I would like to explore in my essay. This paper is based on a prototype of LBS, to predict GIS location by detecting the IP packet delay and develop more useful applications.
