學校教室照明燈具設計之研究

A Study on The Luminaire Designing for Classroom Lighting

摘要


理想的教室照明環境與燈具應能滿足現今多元化的教學方式、有效防止眩光、提供穩定照度與節能等特性,才能使學童獲得真正舒適的學習與視覺環境。目前國內現有的教室照明燈具為10年前之設計產品,已不能滿足多元化教學得空間使用,期望透過本研究設計一新式教室照明燈具。 本研究方法係蒐集與分析國內外針對教室照明環境與燈具應用之相關規範及建議,並透過與現有教室照明環境與燈具效益之比較分析,提出現有燈具改善策略,以作為新式燈具設計方針;同時以T5 28W螢光燈之半間接照明式燈具作為調查對象,評估T5 28W螢光燈應用於教室照明燈具之可行性。 經過照明計算建立理想教室照明燈具之光學特性,如照明方式、光分佈角度與強度等以作為燈具設計目標,並透過電腦軟體PHOTOPIA1.5作燈具配光曲線模擬,與設計目標驗證與檢討。本研究結論得三管T5 28W螢光燈為光源之燈具,其上照光束25%、下照光束75%,上照光束角度45度、下照光束角度60度,在作業面平均照度可達500lux以上,空間均齊度達0.6以上,眩光指數16,符合教育部及IES之建議值。現有學校教室多採用直接照明式燈具,雖較有效率但無法達到保護學童視力與提供一個真正舒適的學習與視覺環境,期望透過本研究之模擬驗證結果及新式教室照明燈具設計,提供產學於改善教室照明之參考。

Ideal classroom lighting environment and luminaire are expected to satisfy diversified teaching approaches, effectively prevent glares, provide stable illuminance and help conserve energy in order to give students a comfortable learning and visual environment. Designed 10 years ago, the classroom luminaries we have today are inadequate for teaching space of diversified purposes. It is the author’s hope that through this study a new type of classroom luminaires can be designed. This study gathers and analyzes domestic and international standards and recommendations on classroom lighting environment and luminaires. Through comparison with the effects of current classroom lighting environment and luminaries, it proposes strategies for improving luminaires we have today, which may serve as the guidance for designing new luminaires. Employing T5 28W fluorescent lamp, a semi-indirect lighting luminaire, as the object of investigation, it evaluates feasibility of T5 28W fluorescent lamp as a classroom luminaire. Through lighting computation, optical characteristics of ideal classroom luminaires such as lighting approach, light distribution angle and intensity are defined as the goal of luminaire design. Computer software PHOTOPIA1.5 is used to simulate distribution curve of luminous intensity for verification against the design goals. This study reaches the conclusion that the average illuminance of the luminaire of three T5 28W fluorescent lamps on the operation surface, with 25% of up-light beams and 75% of down-light beams, with the up-light beam at 45 degree and the down-light beam at 60 degree, can reach the level of 500lux or more, the uniformity ratio of illuminance is over 0.6, and the glare index is over 16 – all of these are in compliance with the recommended values of the Ministry of Education and IES. Most of the classrooms now are using direct lighting luminaires, which though more efficient cannot really protect students’ eyesight and give them a comfortable learning and visual environment. Through examination of the simulated environment and the new classroom luminaire proposed by this study, the author wishes to offer something for the industries and schools to refer to for improvement of classroom lighting.
