摘要
本報告主要是經由調查學校用電之現況，建立學校建築用電之基礎資料，供學校用電規劃之參考。善用過去國內外專家學者的節能研究成果為基礎，同時收集很多相關資料加以匯編可供我國學校節約能源教育的參考。本報告的內容主要在描述建物節能、照明、空調、及負載維護與管理之節能對策及其可行措施。由於所提的改善措施皆實際可行，故本報告可供相關單位作為審核學校用電規劃參考，由本報告亦可發現學校全年用電量受上課期間影響，且大部分學校最高需量超過契約容量受到超約罰款，顯示學校用電量之契約容量尚須合理規畫。

ABSTRACT
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the power consumption of schools and to establish the basic data of power consumption. Furthermore ,this study collects many studies related the power consumption for the references to save energy on school.This report is divided into six chapters that relate with energy saving in school buildings,It include energy saving strategies for lighting,air-conditioning ,as well as the management of the maintenance.
The main purpose of this study is to develop the rules for planning the power capacity of a new school to control its power consumption for energy saving.
In this study,it shows that the power consumption is highly affected by the schools class duration or vocation, It is also found that the monthly power demand is greater than the contracted demand for most of schools,In other word, a reasonable power demand planning is necessary for energy saving.
