摘要

本論文實際探討台南東和紡織廠的負載特性，並分析廠內節能措施。為達節能之效果，廠內在負載側加裝電容器以提高功率因數、變壓器使用高效率模鑄式：在生產設備方面將舊式馬達淘汰而選擇高效率的馬達，搭配變頻機使用，使其發揮最大的功能及設備利用率。空調方面選擇更新高效率冷凍主機，配合空調系統中央監控控制，並加強冷卻水系統清潔與保養，而達到節能的效果。最後，依廠內負載功率使用狀況訂定最佳契約容量，避免超約罰款，同時提升電力公司供電容量估算精確度。

The load characteristics and energy-saving method of Tung Ho Spinning Company are analyzed in this thesis. At the factory ,the capacitors are installed to improve the power factor. The molded type transformers are adopted for higher efficiency utilization. The old motors are replaced by the ones with frequency inverter controller to increase the effiency. The air condition system, the high-efficiency compressor and central supervision control are employed. Meanwhile, the enhanced cleaning of cooling water is taken. Finally, the adequate contract demand is calculated. The contract electricity charge can be reduced and power system supplied capacity can be estimated more accurately by the utility Company.
