可調整磁力耦合器之氣隙調整機構概念設計

摘要


本研究運用顏鴻森博士提出的“機械裝置的創意性設計”方法,對可調整磁力耦合器之氣隙調整機構進行創新的概念設計。 先對氣隙調整機構的相關專利文獻進行檢索與探討,再選擇一個可用的現有設計作為原始設計,在歸納出氣隙調整機構的拓樸構造特性後,根據一般化規則,將現有的氣隙調整機構轉化為與其對應的一般化鏈。通過數目合成,獲得了一般化運動鏈圖譜。接著,依據氣隙調整機構的運動特性,歸納出設計要求與限制,再經由特殊化程序,獲得特殊化鏈圖譜。最後,再經過具體化程序,並對獲得之概念設計圖譜,去除已存在的設計,即可得到新的設計概念。 本研究的結果,共產生九種具申請專利潛力的創新概念設計。其中,圓盤件與固定桿鄰接的接頭採用螺旋對-圓柱對組合的設計概念,在實際運用時,可採行滾珠螺桿的設計,不但有別於現有設計,也在可調整磁力耦合器的應用上,有更大的效益。 本研究的另一貢獻是可以減少工程設計者在概念設計的時間。對實際產品的設計與製造,可以根據磁力耦合器的性能及使用條件選用這些構想,進一步作細部設計。

Based on the “Creative Design of Mechanical Devices” proposed by Dr. H. S. Yan, the objective is to synthesize possible conceptual design of air gaps adjusting mechanism of the Adjustable Magnetic Coupler in this thesis. First on the air gaps adjusting mechanism to search the relevant literature of patent and discussion, and then select an available existing design as the original design, summing up the characteristics of the Topological structure of the air gaps adjusting mechanism, according to the generalized principle, the existing air gaps adjusting mechanism transform it into its corresponding generalized chain. By the number synthesis, obtained atlas of generalized kinematic chain. Then, the design requirements and constraints are specified based on the kinematics characteristic of the air gaps adjusting mechanism, and then through the process of specialization, obtained atlas of specialized chain. Finally, through the process of particularization, and atlas of conceptual design obtained, removed existing designs, can get new design concepts. The results of this research, produced a total of nine kinds of potential with patented innovative concept designs. Among them, design concept of adjacent joints of rotor members and the ground link are assigned Helical-Cylindrical pair, in practice, it can adopt design of “Ballscrew”, not only different from existing designs, but also applications of the Adjustable Magnetic Coupler with greater efficiency. Another contribution of this research is to reduce engineering designers in the time for conceptual design. Design and manufacturing of actual products, can select these design concepts for use according to the performance and service conditions of Adjustable Magnetic Coupler, and further for detailed design.
