非製造業能源大用戶建築耗能統計分析與診斷系統之研究

摘要


我國已持續趨向資源永續利用的環保國際潮流,建立綠建築、建築外殼與相關單項建築設備節能之標準,但相較於國外關於建築設備之『系統設計』則有待加強。由於建築耗能設備種類與影響建築耗能之變數很多,根據耗能指標值僅可達到初步篩檢總體能源低效率之能源用戶,若欲進一步快速篩檢出低效率設備以進行節能輔導,及瞭解其未來之改善節能潛力,則有賴進一步藉由統計分析與耗能理論分析,開發能源查核用戶節能成效之評鑑系統。 因此本研究利用非製造業能源查核網路填報資料庫,並輔以動態能源解析,參考耗能因子之修正理論,並且根據相關耗能變數,調整修正各類型建築節能指標建議值,建立非製造業建築能源網路線上診斷系統,以期能源用戶可藉此診斷系統自行評估其建築耗能與建議值之差異,並根據系統中所提供之節能方法降低建築耗能,達到建築節能之成效。

Taiwan has tended towards the international environmental trend of sustainable resource use and established the standards of energy efficient building, envelope and of the efficiencies of office equipments and appliances in building. But it is not enough when comparing the energy efficiency of system design phase with other countries. Due to many factors affecting the energy consumption of building, the energy benchmarking index can only sift part of the extremely low energy-efficiency cases. So it is important to develop the energy saving evaluation system for buildings under energy audit through statistically analysis and the analysis of energy consumption theories if we want to sift further the equipments of low-efficiency quickly, provide energy saving improvement assistances, and to estimate the energy saving potential for improvement in the future. The primary objective of this thesis is to develop the online-diagnose-system of energy auditing for the buildings of non-manufacturing sector in order to be as a useful tool for energy efficiency improvement. The dynamic building energy simulation technique and the network reported data for buildings in this sector will be used and adjust the building energy benchmarking through the energy consumption factors analysis.
