應用TRIZ於自行車防鎖死剎車之改良設計

摘要


自行車是現在運動休閒、交通代步常見的器材,目前常見的自行車刹車結構都是由兩片刹車塊藉由鋼索牽引帶動去夾持輪框,當遇到緊急狀況之時,常常會因為施力太大造成車輪鎖死,產生車輪偏滑或是因為慣性使得重心快速向前,進而翻車。本研究利用TRIZ理論(Teoriya Resheniya Izobretatelskikh Zadatch)中ARIZ法、矛盾矩陣表、39個工程參數、40個發明法則及物質-場分析,對自行車刹車系統作探討及改善,設計出一新型裝置,並利用機構運動模擬軟體建立模型、模擬分析,經由運動分析所得之相關結果,來研判此一裝置是否達到預期之防鎖死效果,由分析顯示此一裝置將在緊急刹車同時產生一間歇性制動力,並調節最大制動力達到防止車輪鎖死之效果;並經由應力及應變分析結果,以確定所設計機構之強度,已將改良後的新型裝置提出專利申請。

Bicycles are nowadays the common devices for leisure movement and transportation. At present, the principle of the common bicycle brake structure is to clamp the wheel frame by two brake blocks drawing and driving by steel ropes. However, when urgent situations occur, the bicycle often crashes since the application force is so large that the wheels are locked and thus slip or the center of gravity goes forward fast out of inertia. The research uses ARIZ, contradiction matrix, 39 engineering parameters, and 40 inventive principles in TRIZ for the study and improvement of the bicycle brake system and designs a new device. Also, it uses motion simulation software to set up models and simulating. According to the related results through mechanism analysis, the device can evaluate whether it can achieve the anticipated effect on being against locking. The result reveals that this device can bring an intermittent braking force and regulate the max braking force while emergency brake occurs to achieve the effect on being against the locking of the wheels. Then, the results of strength analysis have ensured the safety of this design. And the patent claims of the new reformed device have been given to the authority concerned.
