臺北捷運系統使用不同的鋼軌研磨車對軌道養護影響之研究

摘要


鋼軌研磨作業,在近10年間已經成為消除鋼軌表面瑕疵和預防鋼軌表面瑕疵延伸,以及延長鋼軌使用壽命之一種重要的軌道養護程序。因為鋼軌在軌道系統中是一昂貴的資產,能有效的養護作業以消除鋼軌的表面缺陷和延長鋼軌的使用壽年,即可控制及降低軌道養護成本。其中鋼軌研磨作業即是實際且有效的軌道養護方法,可減少鋼軌更換次數,大幅的延長鋼軌壽命,亦避免頻繁之缺陷鋼軌替換作業而浪費軌道的養護成本及維修人力。 因臺北捷運目前使用兩種不同廠牌之鋼軌研磨車進行鋼軌研磨養護作業,雖維修作業目的均相同,但操作使用上有些許差異,本研究旨在比對此兩款鋼軌研磨車作業之特性,藉由實際的操作與研磨作業後鋼軌品質的量測紀錄,進行比對與分析,以了解此兩款鋼軌研磨車不同之工作特性。經實驗結果顯示,此兩款鋼軌研磨車均能有效消除鋼軌表面瑕疵,惟S廠牌鋼軌研磨車之量測系統能顯示較詳細之鋼軌斷面量測資訊,故較易提供操作者進行研磨模式之判斷,又研磨後的鋼軌表面粗度約為4~6 µm較為細緻,使得研磨後之輪軌接觸噪音較低;另H廠牌鋼軌研磨車之操作系統較為人性化,可提供操作者準確的研磨參考點以判斷進行研磨作業,不致因機械誤差損壞軌道相關設備。利用此兩款鋼軌研磨車工作之優點與特性,可作為此兩款鋼軌研磨車研磨作業時任務指派之參考。

Rail grinding, the removal of small amounts of metal from the surface of the rail head using rotating grinding motors, has become an important tool in the rail-road’s track maintenance arsenal. During the last several decades, it has emerged as an important maintenance procedure for the control of rail defects and the extension of rail life. Since rail represents one of the largest expense categories in the area of maintenance-of-way and track infrastructure, practical and effective techniques to extend rail life and reduce associated rail replacement costs are important to the railroads and to the officers whose job it is to maintain the railroad’s track structure. There are two different grinding vehicles to maintenance of rail in Taipei MRT now. Although the service goals are the same, but they have some difference functions in the operation. This study uses two different grinding vehicles to maintenance of rail and makes a comparative analysis of the two’s effect on ease, level maximum, coarse level among others on rail. Results of the experiment showed that the both two grinding vehicles have the ability to eliminate the rail surface defect effectively. The S grinding vehicle gets the advantage in gauging system, the rail section gauging information to be easy to provide the operator to carry on judgment the attrition pattern, after grinds the rail roughness of surface approximately is in addition 4~6 µm is careful. H grinding vehicle gets the advantage in the control ability, it may provide the operator the accurate attrition reference point judgment to carry on the attrition work, because does not send the mechanical error to damage the orbital related equipment. Grinds the lathe worker using this two section rails to make the merit and the characteristic, may take when this two section rail attrition vehicle attrition work reference duty designation.
