一般的舉重器材是以不同重量的槓片調整所需的訓練負荷,雖然體積較小,但是不同重量的槓片較佔空間,而且搬運與更換較重的槓片稍嫌不易。雖然坊間已經有許多為了改良這些問題而發明的新型舉重器材,但有些只是重新設計槓片的構造而使槓片容易更換,有的則是基於安全性而設計了摺疊部分,所以現有的設計並無法有效且直接的解決槓片佔用空間的問題。因此,本論文提出一種無槓片且可收摺的創新設計,不僅易於搬運與更換所需的負荷,也容易收藏不佔空間。此創新設計主要利用曲柄滑塊機構、滑塊、凸輪與彈簧,藉由更換不同彈簧達到不同重量訓練效果。此設計已在Solidworks軟體上進行動態模擬,初步證實其可行性。
Different training loads are generally obtained by changing bumper pieces of different weights for weight lifting equipment. General equipment with its different bumper pieces takes large space and it’s not easy to change heavier bumper pieces. Although there have been many new patented designs to modify the general weight-lifting device in order to easily change bumper pieces or become foldable, it still can’t effectively and directly solve the problem of taking large space to store the bumper pieces. Therefore, this thesis presents an innovative design for weight-lifting equipment that can be used without any bumper piece and easy to fold. This weight lifting equipment is easy to move and change load, and also convenient in storing and takes less space. This design mainly uses crank-slider, slider, cam and springs. By changing different springs, this device can let user achieve different effects of weight training. This design has been tested by using the simulation function in Solidworks software, and the preliminarily result has confirmed its feasibility.
