生質柴油混合水乳化柴油之燃料應用於直噴式柴油引擎之研究

摘要


使用適當比例的水添加在高級柴油燃料的水乳化燃料可減低Smoke和NOx濃度的排放,又將生質柴油添加在高級柴油燃料中的混合燃料同樣會使Smoke濃度減低,但NOx濃度會增加,本研究將高級柴油燃料中同時添加8%的水和20%的生質柴油時,經引擎馬力實驗結果得知,此種混合燃料在不影響原柴油引擎性能的情況下,雖油耗增加,但Smoke和NOx濃度均可減低。另在高級柴油燃料中同時添加水和生質柴油時,又可減低對石化燃料高級柴油的依賴。

Using the water with proper ratio in the mulsified fuel of premium diesel can decrease the Smoke and NOx concentrations in the exhaust gas. Biodiesel blending in the premium diesel can equally decrease the smoke concentration in the exhausr gas as well, but the NOx concentration is increased. Through engine dyno experimental results shows, the fuel of blending 8% water and 20% biodiesel in the premium diesel will has no influence on prototype diesel engine, although the BSFC is increased, but both of the concentrations Smoke and NOx can be decreased. Additionally, using the blending fuel of water and biodiesel in the premium diesel can decrease the dependence on premium diesel of petroleum.
