行動電話供應商庫存管理系統之研究

摘要


行動電話供應鏈中,包含了製造商、代理商、物流商、通信業者、通訊行等。代理商在行動電話供應鏈中佔有舉足輕重之地位,從儲運、加工、配送乃至於售後服務及維修等,都是代理商必須提供的服務。若因供應鏈過長,資訊彼此不透通,而引起供應鏈各節點庫存的擠壓及需求放大,所產生的長鞭效應影響更鉅。若沒有完善的資訊系統來有效的管理庫存,則供應商容易產生滯銷的商品,造成企業資金無效的投入。而透過供應商庫存管理的機制,主要是希望供應鏈中的上下游,由產品製造、代理商一直到最後通訊門市銷售等商業流程中,都能透過有效率的系統加以整合、同步作業。並且在有限的資源中做最佳化安排,以期能快速反應市場變化,提高競爭優勢。因此,供應鏈的流程整合與自動化勢必成為未來企業間協同整合時的重要議題。本文主要以行動電話代理商的角度,來探討使用供應商庫存管理的效益。並以網路服務的技術來實現銷售資訊及補貨訂單資料在供應鏈中快速的傳遞。並輔以灰色預測模型預測補貨訂單數量,可將供應商庫存管理之效益發揮至最高。

The supply chain of mobile phone includes manufacturers, factors, the third party logistics, telecommunication companies, distributors and so on. The factor takes a very important position in the supply chain of mobile phone; they have to provide the services which include storage, delivery and rework for mobile phone, even after-service. If the members in the supply chain have too many nodes and the information is hindered between members, it will cause overstock at the nodes of the supply chain and enlarge the demand coming from the downstream. The supply chain will be greatly affected by Bullwhip Effect. If there is not a complete information system to manage the inventory effectively, the vender tends to provide the slow-selling products and it will make the turnover of capital inefficient at the same time. Through the system of Vendor Managed Inventory, VMI, we can use the efficient system to integrate and synchronize the business processes, from production to sale, between the upstream and the downstream in the supply chain, and make the optimal arrangements of limited resources for responding to the change of market and raising the advantage of competition. Hence, the integration of processes and automation of the supply chain will become an important issue as enterprises cooperate and integrate each other in the future. This thesis is to explore the benefit of employing VMI, and we found that we can get the greatest benefit from employing VMI if we use the technology of web services to deliver the information of sale and replenish orders in the supply chain and forecast the replenish orders with the model of Grey Theory .
