目前台灣電力公司之高壓及特高壓供電用戶之電費結構主要係由基本電費、流動電費、功率因數調整費及超約附加費等費用組成。欲節省電費支出,流動電費可藉由使用高效率節能設備並配合節能管理措施予以控管;功率因數調整費可藉由裝設自動供因調整器而予以有效控制功率因數值;至於基本電費與超約附加費則與台灣電力公司所簽訂之用電最高需量值即契約容量有關,因此如何訂定理想契約容量值便成為用戶共同面臨之一大課題。一般用戶因欠缺修訂最佳契約容量判斷能力,因此常因訂定不恰當之契約容量,而增加不必要之電費支出,節省之道,唯有適時檢討並調整契約容量。 本論文主要為研究一最佳契約容量判斷模式,分別以循序累增搜尋法及簡易搜尋法搜尋最佳契約容量值。由全年基本電費與契約容量關係推導,並以17棟大樓(包含辦公大樓、飯店、醫院、學校等)之實際用電及負載容量統計為基礎,經Matlab程式計算驗證。研究結果顯示,此方法可應用於一般大樓契約容量值之判斷,有效節省基本電費支出,並可提供大樓管理者應用於契約容量之管理。
Currently, the power rate for high-voltage and extra high-voltage consumer of Taiwan Power Company is composed of demand charge、energy charge、power factor charge and penalty charge.In order to save power rate spending,energy charge can be well controlled by using high-efficiency electrical equipments and implementing electrical load management politicies.In addition,power factor also can be efficiently maintained unity by equipping automatic power factor regulator (APFR).Howd ever demand charge and penalty charge are according to the maximum load demand,so called contract capacity,that the consumer contracts with Taiwan Power Company.Therefore,how to make an optimal contract capacity is the common problem for the consumer to face. Because general consumer short of the judgment to revise optimum contract capacity, therefore sign unsuitable contract capacity constantly, and increase unnecessary power rate expense. The only way to save money, is to review and revise contract capacity in time. This thesis major is to research a simple judge model for optimal contract capacity by sequential search and easy search method. To infer the relationship by annual basic power rate and contract capacity, base on 17 buildings (office building, hotel, hospital, school) statistics real use load capacity, by Matlab formula to test and verify computation. The research result, this method can be applied judgment on contract capacity for general buildings, effectively save power rate expense, to provide the management application manage the contract capacity.
