研發與知識已經成為維繫企業生存與發展的重要命脈,持續不斷的創新更使得企業能夠維持競爭的優勢。由於指標輸入裝置產品的發展已趨成熟,不論是發展自有品牌或是OEM代工業務,皆面臨同業的激烈競爭。本研究範圍專注於電腦週邊產業之指標輸入裝置產品,以研發流程與知識創新為探討主軸,選定以「個案研究法」為主,來釐清指標輸入裝置產品的研發流程與知識創新的因果性。 本研究獲得成果如下: 1.本文利用「研發創新花朵」理論,將知識萃取與知識創新融入研發流程,進而達成創新目標。其結果在滿足客戶需求及易製性指標,皆獲得73%與23%的正面功效。 2. 本研究將「研發創新花朵」理論中之知識萃取手段,藉由腦力激盪及心智圖法,將有效知識整理分析,以擷取出達成創新目標的創新知識。 3. 經萃取後知識發現,光學觸控最適於指標輸入裝置的應用,為本文之重要發現。 4. 以上藉由知識創新與研發流程的緊密結合,透過「研發創新花朵」、「研發同心圓創新模式」,建構指標輸入裝置的研發創新及企業創新模式,以提供產學界參考。
R&D and knowledge have become the key factors for business growth. With the continuous innovation, business can remain the competitive advantage in the industry. Due to the developed input device products, not only OBM but also OEM is facing the fierce competition. Hence, this thesis which aims to probe into the R&D process and knowledge innovation focuses on the input device products of computer peripherals industry through case studies mainly, in order to clarify the relationship between R&D process and knowledge innovation. The thesis can be concluded as the following. I. Derived from the concept “R&D innovation flower,” the thesis achieves the goal of innovation by mixing knowledge extraction and knowledge innovation into the R&D process. As a result of customer satisfaction and product manufacturability, it gains positive feedback of 73% and 23% each. II. By brainstorming and Mind Map, this study adopts knowledge extraction from “R&D innovation flower” to analyze the effective knowledge, so as to obtain the goal of innovation knowledge. III. After extracting knowledge, optical touch is found to be the most applicable to input device, which is the important finding of this study. IV. By associating knowledge innovation with R&D process closely, to construct the new mold of R&D innovation of input device products and corporate innovation through “R&D innovation flower” and “R&D concentric innovation mold,” so as to serve as a reference for the industry and the academia.
