近年來,學校內部行銷逐漸受到重視,學校的內部行銷作為可凝聚教師的共識、傳遞學校理念並提升教師的工作滿意度,顯然,探討高職學校的內部行銷作為及教師工作滿意度間的關係確為重要課題。本研究旨在探討高職學校內部行銷作為的現況及教師工作滿意情形,比較不同背景變項的教師對學校內部行銷作為及工作滿意知覺之差異情形,最後探討高職學校內部行銷作為與教師工作滿意的相關程度。為逹成研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,歸納研究結論如下: 一、高職學校內部行銷作為的實施程度仍顯不足。 二、不同年齡、年資、兼任行政職務、學校性質、學校類型的高職教師對學校內部行銷作為的知覺有顯著差異。 三、高職教師對教職工作仍不滿意。 四、不同性別、年齡、年資、兼任行政職務、學校性質的高職教師工作滿意度有顯著差異。 五、高職學校內部行銷作為與教師工作滿意有相關。
The school's internal marketing has been drawn much more attentions for recent years. The school's internal marketing can condense teachers' consensus, transmit school visions, and improve teachers' job satisfaction perceived. Obviously, to discuss the relationship between internal marketing practice in senior vocational schools and teachers' job satisfaction is indeed an important topic. The purpose of this study was to understand the reality of the internal marketing practice and teachers' job satisfaction, to compare the different variables of the demographic information of the teachers in the internal marketing practice and teachers' job satisfaction, and to explore the relationship between the internal marketing practice and teachers' job satisfaction. The researcher used the questionnaire to survey teachers in senior vocational schools. The conclusions of the study were as follows: 1.The internal marketing practice in senior vocational schools still did not perform well. 2.The degree of internal marketing practice perceived by the teachers in senior vocational schools was significantly different according to participants' age, service years, additional administrative duties, school nature and type. 3.The teachers in senior vocational schools were not satisfied with their job. 4.The degree of job satisfaction perceived by the teachers in senior vocational schools was significantly different according to participants' gender, age, service years, additional administrative duties, and school nature. 5.There exists a correlation between internal marketing practice and teachers' job satisfaction in senior vocational schools.
