地源熱泵在台灣地區旅館建築之應用研究

摘要


在全球暖化與能源價格上漲的危機下,節約能源已成為工程業界所致力的目標,在建築能耗方面,冷房與暖房是能源消耗較大的部分,空調設備被廣泛使用於工業生產以及舒適的居住環境上,有效的使室內達到舒適的溫度,但是為了減少溫室氣體的產生以及能源的消耗,人們開始思考節能技術,其中地源冷暖房系統(Ground Source Heat Pump System,GSHP)近年來被廣泛使用,在某些氣候區能減低建築物的能源消耗,在季節變化的時候,可分別有效的提供建築物冷房及暖房的能源。 因地源熱泵的能量來源皆取自於溫度均勻的地質土壤,冬季時可提供熱源供熱給空間,比較電鍋爐加熱可節省三分之二以上的電能;但夏季冷房,地源熱泵比冰水主機系統之能耗高。研究結果顯示,以旅館建築而言,若地源熱泵僅應用於台灣地區之空調(冷房與暖房)較不適合。但是地源熱泵之特性屬於可再生能源,地能溫度穩定使得熱泵機組運行更可靠、穩定,更提高了在其他加熱應用之效率與經濟性。本研究以地源熱泵系統與傳統的空調系統做節能比較分析,以提供往後業者做為參考。

Under the crisis of global climate warming and rising energy cost, energy conservation has become the important task force in industrial. In order to achieve a thermal comfortable or manufacturing environment, HVAC system has been popularly used in the building and industry and HVAC system consumes the major energy in the building. In order to reduce the green house gas emission and energy consumption, people has begun to consider about the energy conservation measures. One of the recently widely energy conservation measures is to adopt the Ground Source Heat Pump System (GSHP). In some climate zone, GSHP can reduce the building energy consumption because it can effectively provide the energy source of cooling and heating in accordance with the seasons. Because of geothermal energy sources are taken from a uniform soil temperature. In the winter, GSHP can provide heat to space heating, there are saving 60-70% energy more than electric boilers. But in summer, GSHP energy consumption is higher than the conventional chiller. According to the results of this research, GSHP is not suitable for air conditioning system only, which provides cooling and heating, for hotels in Taiwan. But the characteristics of ground-source heat pump are renewable energy, the ground temperature stability may make the heat pump to run more reliable, secure and improve the efficiency and economy for other heating purposes.
