汽車修護技師數位學習制度建置與其ROI效益分析

摘要


由於科技的進步,先進技術以及車用電子配備應用在汽車產業逐漸增加,如GPS結合影音配備、TCS、VRS、CRDI、ABS+TCS等等高科技產品之應用於汽車產品。此外,油電混合車,替代能源以及改善廢氣排放控制等等高科技產品應用在汽車產品上之修護技術,都是從事汽車修護技師所必須學習並應用於工作中的新知及技能。所以,從事汽車修護業人員,必需要學習的相關知識是多樣化的。 本研究是針對台灣代理進口K品牌的汽車公司,進行車輛產業界第一個將數位學習(e-Learning )導入教育訓練制度的個案研究,藉由本成功案例之研究,能提供汽車業界管理者參卓並導入使用,為公司帶來更大的經營效益。 內容包括以下要點: 一、技師分級制度認證制度:藉由數位學習的導入建置汽車修護技師認證制度,   從學徒到合格技師(STEP 1)到專業技師(STEP 2)再延升到大師級技師(STEP 3),循序漸進的執行技師訓練及認證。 二、建立汽車修護技師技能學程課程架構:3個學程包含3種專業共有28門   課程。 三、數位學習的導入及規劃建置:包括軟硬體及網路設施,數位學習課程錄製   等等。 四、ROI績效評估與成果展現。

Technical advance improve not only the mass product technology but also the car manufacturing technology as well. Getting more high tech products have been fitting on car products, such as GPS along with Audio & Video device together, TCS, VRS, CRDI, ABS, TCS …etc. are being applied to the vehicles more popular. Besides, the hybrid tech applied to the car products, the bio-diesel fuel launched to the worldwide and huge improvement in the vehicle emission control. All the related new invention and its knowledge are to be the must lesion to the people who are working in the car industrial area. This case study is concentrated in the analysis of how a car importer, one of the Korean car brand d in Taiwan, has successes to established a e-Learning system to entire after sales organization and try to sort out a series of key element for easy adoption to the people who want to set up e-Learning system – Technician Recognition System. 1.there are 4 grade of technician will be specified, apprentice, certified, expert and master, and also there are 3 steps for the upgrade recognition, the step 1 is good for apprentice upgrade recognition to certified, the step 2 is good for certified upgrade recognition to expert, the step 3 is good for expert upgrade recognition to master. All the upgrade and its recognition system are preceded in e-Learning platform and base on its e-Learning training materials. 2.The successful e-Learning systems are subjected to the completed and comprehensive program, including 3 kinks of department and 3 kind of specified skill category with total 28 lessons. 3.Both software and hardware evaluation, the function on the internet facilities and the program for the training materials are the most important job to be well plan prior to launch e-Learning. The last but no the least is to have ROI done in prior to the work.
