太陽能冰溫熱飲水機之研發

A Study of Solar Hot Warm Cold Dispenser

摘要


本研究之目的,在於研發『冰溫熱飲水機』由太陽能直接供給能源之可行性,太陽能是最乾淨的一種新能源,它取之不盡用之不絕,太陽能發電系統經過多年不斷的研發、測試、應用,初期其發電效率很低大約僅有10%以下,目前已提昇到20%以上,水是我們民生必需物品,喝水是人類每天必要的。因此『冰溫熱飲水機』為每一家庭、公司、學校、機關、工廠等等場所必須備有之設備。本研究案系研發一台商用太陽能冰溫熱飲水機,由太陽能板直接供給能源,本研究系統係由太陽能、熱電晶片、電熱器、冷卻冰水槽、加熱溫水槽、儲電設備組成,熱電晶片之製冷側直接冷卻冰水槽可供給7℃之冰水,熱電晶片之製熱側直接加熱溫水槽可供給40℃之溫水,可減少一般家庭20% 用電量,對節能減碳的貢獻非常大,本實驗研究之太陽能冰溫熱飲水機系統 COP值可達 0.75,製冷效果良好,這可證明以太陽能供給冰、溫、熱飲水機能源,是可行的。

The purpose of this study is to develop an " ice hot water dispenser ," the feasibility of solar energy by the direct supply of solar energy is the cleanest , a new energy , it is not absolutely inexhaustible use of solar power generation system after years of continuous research and development , testing , applications, power generation efficiency is very low initial only about 10% , has been raised to more than 20% , water is our livelihood essential items necessary for daily drinking water is a human . So "ice hot water dispenser " for each family , companies, schools, offices , factories , etc. The device must have a place . This study developed a case of the Department of Taiwanese solar hot water dispenser ice , energy is supplied directly by the solar panels , the solar- system research systems , thermoelectric chips, heating , cooling ice sinks, heat sink temperature , electrical storage device composed of thermoelectric chips refrigeration side of the sink can be supplied directly cooled ice ice 7 ℃ , the heating side of the thermoelectric chips can be supplied directly to the sink with warm water heating temperature of 40 ℃ , the average family can reduce electricity consumption by 20% , the contribution to energy saving and carbon reduction is very large , solar hot water dispenser ice experimental study of the system of the COP value of up to 0.75 , the cooling effect is good, it can prove to the solar supply of ice , warm , hot water dispenser energy is feasible.
