行動照護可以提供長期照護的功能，並且收集個人生理資訊讓醫生診斷，不但可以讓照護者充分掌握病患的生理狀況，同時也可以縮短醫生治療的時間及提高診斷判讀的正確率，使醫生用藥更為恰當。透過網路無遠弗屆的特性，讓病患與照護者之間的關係更為緊密的聯繫在一起。
因此，本研究根據這個議題，探討國內外CRM 相關文獻，並以企業採用創新資訊科技為出發，針對CRM 系統的特色建立研究架構。從「醫療產業經營的特性」、「系統業者的特色」、「CRM 系統特性」等三個構面；來建立一套合乎顧客需求的行動化照護機制來管理病患的健康。透過品質機能展開法的分析，建構具完整性、結構性的系統。提供系統業者應用於行動照護系統之參考，以促進全國老人照護服務。
問卷經過專家重視度的評估與補充，完成最終題項的篩選，題項共有43題。所萃取出的因素總共有四項因素，因素一為[服務功能的整合性]，因素二為[使用的簡便性]，因素三為[心理的滿足性]，因素四為[系統的穩定性]，再透過品質機能展開法呈現行動照護系統的完整架構。

“Mobile Healthcare Service” is the design of a telecare system for chronic patients. The body-attached device can transmit physiological signal acquisition circuit with GSM module and Bluetooth communication module to provide telecare actively .The system by long distance and wireless technology will help those chronic patients.Mobile healthcare service can effectively to monitor the physiological conditions and physical positions of the patient. It is not only breaking present space and time limiting factors but saving a lot of cost and manpower and medical resource.
The paper adopt innovative information science and technology according to the theory of customers relation management(CRM) and the characteristic of the medical industry manages and web system industry to set up this model with Mobile healthcare service to manage the patient's health by quality function deployment technology. Thus it can be found that priority process factors about software and hardware system from viewpoint of customer.
