自動變速箱換檔過程模擬與分析

摘要


自動變速箱是車輛傳動系統中的主要部件,其換檔品質的優劣對於車輛行駛性能有很大的影響。自動變速箱的換檔過程,實際上是離合器或制動器等結合元件的分離和接合的轉換過程。由於有段式變速箱,檔位變化存在速比差,在換檔過程中傳動系運動狀態發生突變,結合元件分離和接合交替過程,過與不及,都會引起車輛衝擊和結合元件的溫度上升。 本文首先分析自動變速箱換檔動作對車輛平順性、傳動系統動載荷、結合元件使用壽命的影響,並根據影響換檔品質的各種因素,提出改善換檔品質的各種方法。應用自動變速箱換檔過程的等效簡化力學模型,推導出換檔過程的一般運動方程,對換檔過程的搭接控制進行分析,獲得許多對提高換檔品質有益的控制結論。 應用 Matlab/Simulink 建立自動變速箱動力傳動系統的模擬模型,分別對動力傳遞及換檔品質在升檔過程進行分析。模擬結果驗證對換檔結合元件合理的油壓變化規律控制可以顯著的提高換檔品質。

Automatic transmission is one of the key elements of the vehicle driveline system. The shift quality of the transmission affects the vehicle driving performance. The gear shift is done by activating and engaging the holding members, clutches and bands, with gears. Sudden gear shift or unsmooth gear engagement would introduce unsmooth power transfer and large dynamic loading, and lead high component temperature. Higher the component temperature is, the lower the life of component. The objective of the study is to investigate the key factors to the shift quality, and propose some effective ways to improve shift quality. In the study, the smoothness of the gear shift, loading of the driveline, and life of the holding members were analyzed. A simplified dynamic model was used for the simulation. The govern equations of the simplified dynamic model were derived, and used to predict the performance of the shift quality. A commercial code, Matlab/Simulink, was used to create the automatic transmission analysis model. The model predicted the dynamic behaviors during the up shift process. The simulation model presents the physical behaviors effectively. The results showed that a proper control in the regulation of the oil pressure would lead better shift quality. The developed method could be used as an effective tool for the product development.
