本論文主要是探討不同機械結構之液晶電視(LCD TV,Liquid Crystal Display Television),經過相關之測試後,判斷是否可符合UL安規之要求。 UL安規對於LCD TV在機械結構上的規範項目主要有開孔大小、穩定度、機械強度及防火性等四項。其中機械強度又可區分為懸掛、撞擊、落下、把手強度、抽屜拉力強度、衝擊、應力釋放、振動、控制裝置固定與螺絲緊固等測試項目。 經研究與測試A型與B型之LCD TV機構後,可得到如下之結果: 1.開孔尺寸符合UL 60065-13.1之規定。 2.傾斜10°角符合UL 60065-19.1之規定。 3.垂直推力符合UL 60065-19.2之規定。 4.懸掛強度符合UL 60065-12.7之規定。 5.撞擊強度符合UL 60065-12.1.1之規定。
This thesis is mainly a LCD TV (Liquid Crystal Display Television) which probes into different mechanical structure ,After relevant test, judge that can accord with UL and fit the requirement for the rule. UL safety requirement have mechanical structure design requirement for LCD TV as below , “opening area, steady, mechanical intensity and person who fire reistance,.etc.” The mechanical strength can be divided into the intensity of wall or ceiling mount, bump, drop, handle strength, drawer mechanical strength, vibration, Impact, stress relief, fixing of actuating elements, screw securement test, etc.. After studying and testing the A type with LCD TV organization of the B type, can receive the result of the following: 1.Make the regulation that the opening area accords with UL 60065-13.1. 2.Slope 10 horn accord with 60065-19.1 of UL's regulations. 3.Vertical thrust accords with the regulation of UL 60065-19.2. 4.Hanging intensity accord with the regulation of UL 60065-12.7. 5.Strike the regulation that the intensity accords with UL 60065-12.1.1.
