護理人員對醫院消防安全自我效能之探討

摘要


「醫院火災」是近年醫療體系最重視的公共安全議題之一。但目前的文獻大部分著重在醫院建築物的內部規劃,與各項消防安全措施的設置,對護理人員消防安全自我效能的相關性研究較不足,故本研究欲探討護理人員的消防安全自我效能,及其相關影響因素。希望能將結果回饋給醫院,協助找出護理人員消防安全自我效能之關鍵影響因素,據以進行重點改善,藉以提升醫院環境安全。 本研究採橫斷式調查法,選擇筆者服務之衛生福利部評鑑合格的新北市某區域教學醫院,凡院內服務滿六個月以上之臨床護理人員均為研究對象,採分層簡單隨機取樣,依病房單位護理人員數按比例算出所需抽出的人數。以自擬結構式問卷:「消防安全知識量表」與「消防安全自我效能量表」為研究工具,所得資料以SPSS 17.0 for Windows英文版套裝軟體進行描述性統計、獨立性T檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關檢定與多元複廻歸分析等資料分析。 研究結果:1.護理人員對消防安全知識,整體平均答對率:63.5%,有近四成的題目,護理人員是回答錯誤或不知道。2.護理人員對消防安全自我效能,平均值為3.74,介於有把握與普通有把握之間,顯示護理人員在執行消防安全上,並無絕對的把握。3.消防安全的自我效能會因護理人員的婚姻狀況、專業職等及任職科別、工作年資、年齡等而有差異。4.護理人員的專業職等、任職科別、消防安全知識與消防安全經驗是影響消防安全自我效能的重要因子。 研究結論:護理人員的消防安全知識愈高及經驗愈多,其消防安全自我效能就愈好;護理人員的專業職等、任職科別、消防安全知識與消防安全經驗是消防安全自我效能的關鍵因素,因此,提升護理人員的消防安全知識與加強消防安全模擬演習訓練是未來優先考量的目標與策略。

In recent years,"Hospital Fire" is one of the most important public safety issues in health care system. But most of the current literatures focuse on internal planning of the hospital buildings, and the settings of fire safety measures. The correlation study of nurses' self-efficacy of fire safety is still insufficient. The purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation and relevance of the hospital nursing staff self-efficacy. Hoping feedback the results to the hospital help identify the key factors of nurses to perform fire safety self-efficacy. According these result to improve conducts to enhance the environmental safety of the hospital. This study was cross-sectional survey. The clinical nursing staff served more than six months in regional teaching hospital accredited by the Health and Welfare Ministry in New Taipei City are the objective of study. Picks the stratified simple random sampling, counts the population according to the hospital ward unit nursing staff which figures out according to the proportion must extract. Several self structured questionnaires were developed as research tools, such as: " Fire Safety Knowledge Scale ", "Fire Safety Attitude Scale", "Fire Safety Self-Efficacy Scale". Purposive select 212 clinical nurses, the response rate of questionnaire was 96.4%. The obtained data was archived and analyzed by the English version of SPSS 17.0 for Windows software package. The data were described and analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent T-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation test and Multiple Regression Analysis. The reserach results showed that: (1) the overall average correct response rate of nurses' knowledge of fire safety was 63.5% indicating that nearly forty percent of the subject, the nursing staff is the reply wrong or did not know. (2) The average value of nurses to fire safety self-efficacy, was 3.74 showing respondents did not absolutely sure of self-efficacy in the implementation of fire safety. (3) The pergormance of fire safety self-efficacy were varified due to the marital status of nurses, professional grade and worked divisions, seniority, age, and etc. (4) The professional grade, worked divisions, fire safety knowledge and fire safety experience of nurses were all important factors to predict the fire safety self-efficacy. The research results showed the nurses’ knowledge of fire safety and fire safety experience are more, its fire safety self-efficacy is better.; The professional grade, worked divisions, fire safety knowledge and fire safety experience were the key factors in the implementation of fire safety self-efficacy. Therefore, improving the knowledge of fire safety of nurses and encouraging participation in fire safety simulation training exercises were the priority objectives and strategies in the future.
