牙科用生醫玻璃複合材之材料性質與力學特性研究

Research on Characteristics and Mechanical Properties of Dental Bioglass Composites

摘要


傳統金屬牙根柱及冠心因光學性質差、不透光,而導致全瓷冠不自然、或光聚合樹脂之硬化不完全,因此本計畫欲使用生醫玻璃光纖製成一可透光之牙根管柱。首先,進行生醫光纖之機械性質檢測,GPost-1與GPost-2的最大負荷量約325 N,楊氏係數分別為1.37 GPa、1.64 GPa,其材料性質符合臨床所需;並利用自製之光學檢測平台進行光學性質檢測,可透光之牙根管柱其透光強度僅減少3~5 %;並利用有限元素分析進行體外牙模植入測試,由應力分佈可看出生醫光纖之牙根管柱受力後,應力較不易集中。綜合上述,利用生醫玻璃光纖製程可得一機械性質符合臨床需求與光學性質良好之牙根管柱,期望未來可加速進入牙科臨床之應用。

Due to the opacity and poor light transmission capacity of traditional metal post and core, the full ceramic crown looked unnatural, and the light-cure resin couldn’t full cure. In this research, we used biomedical fiber to investigate a transparent post and core. According to tensile testing, the mechanical properties of biomedical fiber was investigated that the maximum loading of GPost-1 and GPost-2 both are 325 N, and the Young’s module are 1.37 GPa and 1.64 GPa. The biomedical fibers properties consistent with clinical demand. Then, the optical transmittance platform was used to test the materials’ light transmission capacity. It is found that the biomedical fiber post and core only decreased 3~5 % luminous intensity. In vitro simulation analysis, less stress has concentrated on the biomedical fiber post and core that might not cause second damage on pulp cavity. In conclusion, we developed a transparent post and core with better mechanical properties and better optical properties.
