近年來,由於資訊科技的快速發展,使得各種產業均致力於導入資訊化產業經營管理上。有效利用資訊化科技,並將其導入醫療產業中,將可有助於提升對病人的關懷與照護。因此如能藉由將資訊化科技導入牙科醫療產業中,讓整體醫療過程明朗化,能讓病人隨時藉由電子資訊的展現,了解就醫療程及資訊,將有助於醫療院所與病患間的溝通透明化,使得醫療糾紛案件得以下降。 本論文探討導入資訊科技應用於牙醫院所之齒模管理程序的績效影響,以實例探討的方式,探討國內牙醫院所導入資訊化齒模管理系統後的運作情況及其績效提升情形,研究發現,使用者對所使用的資訊系統在資料存取的速度及方便性、一般電腦資訊操作之能力、系統能提升本院的就醫病患服務品質及改善齒模管理發生錯誤時之責任歸屬問題,以及其所使用的資訊系統滿意程度及提升齒模管理之成效均呈現較為滿意之結果,顯示導入此系統於牙醫院所中能有效改善齒模管理流程及節省人力負擔。進而降低醫療疏失發生率,增進醫師治療時的醫病關係,以及自身之專業程度,有助於牙醫院所醫療品質和病患滿意度的提升。
In recent years, industries are committed to implement the information technology due to the rapid development of information technology management and operation. Effective use of information technology science and technology to the medical industry help to improve patient care. Therefore, the study investigates the application of information technology into institutions of the dental cast which impacts on the performance management process to avoid personnel to operate the negligence and shorten the time to fill out the form. The decrease of the doctor's missing advice reduces dentists to reduce the error rate. It improves the doctor-patient relationship and its own professional degree that contributes to the quality of dental health care institutions and patient satisfaction.
