網路教學之滿意度分析

摘要


現代科學技術的突飛猛進,促進了遠距教學的發展,特別是電腦技術、通訊技術和多媒體技術在遠距教學中的應用,給遠距教學帶來了前所未有的發展。網路與電腦科技的發展,突破了時空的限制,不僅影響生活,同時也衝擊學習型態。在網路教學環境下,教師的授課方式與角色都需有適當的調整。然而,我國對遠距教學的研究多偏向硬體的架構與學習成效,對於影響教師網路教學的因素則較少論及,因此本研究將從教師與學生不同的角色去探討影響網路教學的因素。其實驗結果分析如下;在教師部份:一、網路教材較能吸引學生的注意,並且可以將所有的資訊結合在一起。二、學生可以依自己的能力,配合自己的學習進度。三、多數教師認為現今網路教學無法完全取代傳統教育。學生部分:一、多數受訪者認為,課程教材以網路的方式來呈現,更能提升學習的滿意度。二、學生認為助教在網路的環境中佔重要的地位,是連繫著教師與學生的角色。三、操作介面需針對學生需求而設計,因此在親和力、便利性與外觀上需要特別注意。

The rapid growth of modern science and technology promote the development of distance learning. The application of computer science, telecommunication and multi-media technology has brought about an unprecedented progress in distance learning. Internet and computer science break through the restriction of space & time. They not only influence our life, but also have an impact on the pattern of learning. In the environment of internet learning, should both make teaching of methods and the role of teachers an appropriate adjustment. However, the study of distance learning in our country mostly lead to the frame of computer hardware, and effects of learning. The factors that effect internet learning of teachers are less to mention. The main purpose of this research is to discuss whether there are substantial difference the significance of students and that of teachers in internet learning environment, furthermore to understand the factors that determine rate of satisfaction of internet learning. According to the analysis of the result of the experiment, the findings of the research are detected below: (A) teacher: (1) Teaching on-line materials can attract attention of student and combine all the information together. (2)Student can map out or their studying schedule in keeping with their competence. (3)Most of the teachers deem that nowadays internet learning cannot replace traditional education.(B)student:(1)Most of interviewers consider that the degree of satisfaction would be higher increase , if the materials are presented on-line.(2)Students regard assistant as a fairly important role in internet learning that makes a connection between the teacher and students.(3)Operation interface is designed for the need of students; therefore special attention should be paid to its affinity, conveniences, and exterior.
