動態循圓量測系統之研製

摘要


影響工具機加工精度及加工效率之因素以工具機之運動精度為甚,而工具 機之動態精度檢測,在國內工業界與學術界使用最普遍應屬"CONTISURE" 與"RENISHAW"兩套動態循圓量測系統。其原理皆是以一內藏LVDT之循圓量 測桿,以高精密度圓球為介面,架於工具機機台與主軸間,藉由LVDT感測 之微小變異量,將其繪製成循圓軌跡圖,再於以判斷工具機之各種誤差因 素。本文嘗試以不同的循圓量測運轉機構,定位方式及直桿架構自行設計 一套循圓量測系統,其中包括硬體設計製造與軟體的撰寫,最後以" CONTISURE"系統之量測為準則,比較自製系統之量測結果,評估且提出說 明及建議。

There are many factors that will affect the accuracy and efficiency of a workpiece by an NC machine. Among these factors, the dynamic accuracy of CNC machine in one of the most improtant factors that must be understood. To date, the most commerly used commercical for system testing the dynamic accuracy of NC machines are "CONTISURE" and "RENISHAW" dynamic contouring systems.In Taiwan, both system comprise a transducer link of carbon fiber construction which contains a LVDT type precision transduscer. At the beginning of the thesis, we introduce the concept of geometrical and synamic error. We also reviews the pinciple of dynamic contouring and error diagnosis. We try to design a contouring system by using different contouring mechanisms, positioning method, and transducer link' s structure. Furthermore, we give evaluation, explanation and suggestion of our system by comparing our results with those obtained from "CONTISURE" system.
