網路科技影饗學習方式的改變,甚至對高等教育的本質造成衝擊,網路學習方式,讓學習可以非同步進行,但也暴露出互動的不足。「合作式學習」最常被用來支持網路學習,正因為需要學習者彼此的合作,因此更凸顯學習者之間溝通互動的重要。本研究則著重於對網路學習社群的同步溝通互動,因為有良好的溝通互動,學習社群才能夠完成團隊的目標,達到學習的績效。 除了對網路學習社群樣本的線上office hour進行分析之外,本研究亦對傳統課程進行問卷調查,雖然網路與傳統學習方式,其外在環境無法完全一致,但本研究以變項控制方式,針對學習社群的溝通網絡予以比較。本研究的研究對象,為非正式學制的在職進修人士;研究結果說明個人因素、課程環境對網路學習與傳統學習之問的關係,個人因素當中以報名學習的動機最為重要,將會影響網路學習社群的表現,與個人的中心性;而網路課程的設計,則會影響學習社群團隊的溝通密度與團隊中心性。研究亦發現網路與傳統學習社群溝通網絡的差異,網路學習的互動功能,可以提供給傳統學習課程一個同時溝通互動的機制,有助於加強學習社群的團隊溝通密度與團隊的中心性,因此,現階段網路學習與傳統學習應該是相輔相成。 網路學習正處於實驗階段,目前網路學習社群的分類多集中於兩端,即涉入程度較深的圈內人,以及處於游離邊緣的遊客,本研究認為此乃因為時間的關係,假以時日,網路學習被更多人接受之後,網路學習者將會往圈內人的學習社群方向發展。
Network technology influent the change of learning manner, even more impact to the nature of high education. E-Learning allow the learning conduct unsynchronized, but expose the drawback of insufficient interaction. “Cooperative Learning” was most used to support e-Learning, due to the need of cooperation between the learners each other, it highlight the importance of the communication between the learners. The study focus on the synchronized communication and interaction of the learning community, because good communication and interaction allow the learning community to achieve team objective and reach the performance of learning. In addition to conduct analysis to on-line office hour of e-Learning community specimen, the study conduct questionnaire investigation to traditional programs. Though the external environment of the network and traditional learning method is unable to be identical, the study compare the communication network of learning community by using variables controlling method. The subject of this study are informal learning system on-job furthering persons; the result of study depict correlation between personal factor, program environment against e-Learning and traditional learning. Motive of enrolled study is most significant in personal factor, which will affect the performance of e-Learning community and the centralization of personal; and the design of e-Learning program will affect the communication density of e-Learning community and team centralization. The study also reveal the difference of communication network between e-Learning and traditional learning community. The interactive function of e-Learning provides a real time communication and interactive mechanism to the traditional learning program; it is helpful to enhance the team communication density of e-Learning community and team centralization. Thus, at present stage, e-Learning and traditional learning is supplementary to each other. The e-Learning is under experimental stage, at present, the classification of e-Learning community is focus at both ends that is deeply involved insider, and the tourist roaming on the edge. The study identified as relation of time, spare some time, after more persons accept e-Learning, E-Learning will develop toward the learning community of insiders.
