摘要


本論文擬針對武器系統之評選,發展出一套多準則的模糊決策評估模式。模式之架構為,將評估方案依決策之需要區分為多項之評估準則,並於每項評估準則之下建立多層級的評估項目。當評估準則及層級建立之後,給予每個評估項目一個模糊分數,並依據模糊分數,計算每個評估項目所佔之權重。之後,根據本論文所提出之模糊分數計算法則,由最底層評估項目之得分與權重逐步向上彙總,得到各評估方案的總模糊分數。最後透過模糊數之排序,評選出最佳的評估方案。

This paper focuses on evaluating weapon system project, we will develop a fuzzy multiple criterion approach. The framework of the approach as following: Firstly, we can differentiate the weapon system that we shall evaluate into multiple criteria according decision requirement, then establish multiple hierarchical evaluate items under each evaluate criterion. As we establish the evaluate criteria and hierarchy, give a fuzzy score for each evaluate criterion. Then we can compute the weight of each criterion according to the fuzzy score. Afterward, we can employ the fuzzy score compute rule that we develop in this paper, from the bottom to the top, compute the overall fuzzy score of each evaluate project. Finally, selection the best project according to fuzzy ranking.
