網際網路應用於貿易銷售管理系統之研究－以汽車零件外銷產業為例

摘要

在本研究個案公司認為，將網際網路架構下的貿易銷售系統導入，無論在資訊系統整合、作業效率、管理能力的提昇及縮短與生產部門情報傳遞時間上皆有明顯成效。
台灣加入世界貿易組織後，企業經營面臨國際性競爭已為既定的事實，因此，企業勢必拓展其海外貿易銷售市場，以求生存的空間。透過運用網際網路技術，企業將更能達到提升效率、降低成本的目標，並藉以提昇其國際競爭力。
故此，本研究之目的即在以汽車零件外銷產業之貿易銷售系統為對象，將其建置於網際網路的環境下，並提出適切的應用架構與做法。透過此網路系統，企業將可串聯起其負責拓展對外業務之人員、公司銷售管理部門、以及製造生產部門，並及時傳遞與整合相關資訊，因此，特別有助於分處不同地點之各部門之作業。

After becoming a member of the World Trade Organization (WTO), businesses in Taiwan are forced to face a challenging worldwide competition. Therefore, it is inevitable for the local enterprises to reach out to the trade markets overseas in order to survive. With the assistance of internet systems, an enterprise will be able to enhance its efficiency, reduce its total cost, and become more competitive among the worldwide market.
Therefore, the purpose of this study is to assist the exported automobile component suppliers to construct an internet-based trade management system. In addition, suggestions about appropriate structures and applicable processes of the system are made. Through this system, the overseas branches, sales departments, and production departments will be linked and the information from each will be passed to each other much more quickly, especially when these departments are located in different regions.
This study found that an internet-based trade management system significantly enhances the information systems integration, work efficiency, managerial capacity, and the information delivering time.
