台灣車輛產業係台灣極重要之產業,在面臨全球化的競爭下,車輛產業為求其永續經營,在汽車中心廠方面對其衛星廠要求更低的成本與交期的彈性,而汽車零件業如何利用有限的資源,提昇效率、降低成本、增加企業彈性以滿足客戶要求和確保獲利是相當大的挑戰。隨著資訊科技的蓬勃發展,許多企業也紛紛導入電子商務的應用。 本研究目的為提出適合中小企業電子商務運用於供應鍊管理模式與電子商務網站建置方案,以協助達到提昇效率、降低成本目標。本研究在從企業作業流程改造的角度切入,將電子商務B2B系統導入供應鍊管理,重新定義作業流程,並建置適合中小企業之電子商務B2B網站方案及探討與企業原有資訊系統整合架構來進行整合。 在本研究個案公司認為將電子商務B2B系統導入供應鍊管理後,無論在人員作業效率、管理能力的提昇及縮短與供應商情報傳遞時間上皆有顯著效果。
Vehicle industry is one of the most important industries in Taiwan. To survive in global competition, the major automobile manufacturers must lower production cost and commit flexible due date. However, it is a big challenge for small and medium enterprise (SME) in Taiwan to achieve the goals with limited resource. In this research, we propose an e-commerce solution for automobile component supply chain in SME to achieve the goal of increasing efficiency and reducing cost. First, based on the view of business process reengineering (BPR), we redefine the operation process of a company. Through constructing a B2B web site for a small and medium size enterprises, the integration between original information system and supply chain system can be achieved. In our real world case study, a company that applies proposed framework does receive apparent improvement in operation efficiency, management ability, and information transmission time between suppliers and demand companies.
