摘要


中文摘要本研究的主要目的在了解影響熱塑性橡膠破壞能量高 的因素, 進而明瞭其增韌機構。破壞能量可藉由撕裂測 來求取。改變測試溫度及 破壞速率,吾人可得熱塑性橡戌b不同條件下的破壞能量。而此熱塑性橡 膠之門檻破壞銃q,可在高溫低速的破壞條件下求得。另外,吾人亦設計 一求取熱塑性橡膠破壞能量的新方k。主要是利用一銳利的刮刀來切割ㄚ 字型的撕裂樣品,b切割的同時,切口被一繞過滑輪的砝碼所拉開。在此 實蝷仁}壞能量應為切割能量及撕裂能量的總和。最後,將撕裂測試及切 割測試所得破壞能量做一比較。

The objective of this research is to reveal the fracture which make thermoplastic elastomers(TPEs) tougher than rubbers. Tear test was carried out at various temperatures and rates of crack propagation. Besides,a new method was developed to measure the fracture energy of TPE.It consists of a sharp razor blade applied to the crack tip of Y-shaped test specimen which is pulled apart by weights to different angles. In this case,the fracture energy is calculated from the sum of energies expended in both cutting and tearing. Comparison of the fracture energies obtained from these two methods is provided as well.
