由於產品生命週期不斷縮短,顧客需求變異性逐漸增加,以及產品的快速 開發,使得製造業不得不引進先進的製造系統來提昇其競爭優勢。因為先 進製造系統所需要資金龐大,但其產生的利益有多大?公司是可以因此而 更具競爭力?這一些問題都需要作一合理化且系統化之評估,否則將導致 決策錯誤,進而影響公司的生存。 本研究提出一個二階段引進先進製 造系統的多目標評估模式。第一階段為策略面的評估,在企業策略的考量 下,決定是否引進先進製造系統,來提昇企業的競爭優勢;第二階段為作 業及經濟面的評估,在考量計量因素及非計量因素之下選擇最佳的先進製 造系統設計方案。此模式中每一階段的評估均運用分析層級程序法(AHP) 來評估,並透過系統模擬來估計先進製造系統設計方案的作業績效及操作 成本,而相關之評估因素則經由問卷調查及相關文獻來收集。最後,本研 究以引進單元負載自動倉儲系統為例子來驗證本模式之實用性。
Due to the shorting of product life cycle, increase of variety of customer demand, and fast development of new product, the manufacturer has to adopt advanced manufacturing system ( AMS) to maintain his competitiveness. However, the question of 1) will that vast investment be justified, or 2) will the corporation be more competitive are needed to be evaluated. Hence, a rational and systematic evaluation process plays an importment role in the success of the adoption of AMS. In this research, a two-phased multiple-objective model is propsed for the justification of the AMS. At the phase I, the focus is on the business strategy to determine whether to adopt the AMS decision. At the phase II, the focus is on the operational and economic aspects of alternatives. Both tangible and intangible factors are include in the model. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used for evaluating the alternatives at each phase. The operational and economic factors are collected from literatue/questionaire surveys and simulation run are modeled to evaluate the cost and operation performances for each alternative. Finally, an example of this model is demonstrated to determine the best unit load AS/RS.
