隨著資訊科技的進步以及競爭環境的全球化,產業競爭環境將會越來越激烈。企業經營過程常會面臨許多重大的投資計劃,決策者面對重大投資決策,如何做好投資計劃評估,是企業持續穩定發展的的首要條件。本研究的目的是建構一個引進新製造設備的多準則評估模式,在眾多多準則評估方法中,利用分析層級程序法 (Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP ) 之理論簡單,操作容易,具有實用性的特性。本研究依其作業程序,建構可選擇方案的決策模式層級架構,透過問卷調查所獲得的資料進行分析,獲得了決策架構各層級準則的權重。在選擇最佳的冰箱發泡設備模式中,是以: 投資維謢成本、系統績效、系統作業性、系統安全、供應商信譽這 5 個構面,利用 AHP 方法評估,選出最佳的投資替代方案。最後,我們以引進冰箱發泡設備系統為例子來驗證本模式之實用性。
The advancement of information technology and the globalization of the competitive environment have made competition ever more acute within industry. In an environment where businesses are surrounded by major investment programs, sound assessment of investment programs is vital for corporate decision-makers in selecting the right choice of investment. Indeed, this process is a pre-condition for sustained development of an enterprise in a stable manner. The purpose of this research aimed at constructing a newly introduced Multiple Criteria evaluation model for manufacturing. The AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) has been seleted for the study, from among other Multiple Criteria evaluation models, owing to its simplicity in a theoretical setting and user-friendly nature in operation. By following its operational procedure, the user can design its decision model hierarchy structure for selectable options. By way of a questionnaire survey, the user can use the obtained data in the analysis and get the value for the respective tiers in the hierarchy of the decision-making model. In the model for optimizing the choice of selecting foaming equipment of refrigerators, five aspects have been selected. They are maintenance, cost of investment, system performance, system operativeness, and supplier reputation. The AHP is applied to determine the optimal investment alternative. Finally, the foaming equipment of refrigerators is applied as a case study to verify the practicability of this model.
