在市場競爭激烈的今天,產品的開發生產經常是決定一公司成敗的關鍵, 當一產品具有製造成本低、生產時間短、符合顧客需求等特性時,就能夠 替公司創造利潤,相反的,公司可能因製造此易製性低的產品而投入大量 的資金和人力,並喪失了生產其他產品的機會,而造成嚴重的虧損,故如 何在設計階段就評估產品的易製性即成了首要的課題。 產品易製性評估所要考慮的因素繁多,對於不同的產品其評估因素也都不 同。本研究首先要探討影響產品易製性(Design For Manufacturability , DFM)的因素,找出一些通用的易製性評估因素,並建立一層級式多準 則評估架構;再用模糊多準則決策方法(Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision Making, FMADM)、分析層級程序法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP),來分析產品的易製性程度,最後在網際網路上建構此一 產品易製性分析系統,使系統能 (1)迅速彙整各相關人員意見 (2)有效分析一新產品的易製性程度 (3)在產品須做工程變更時,選出一較佳的替代方案。
Due to high competition, product development becomes a critical factor for the success of a company. A company may generate high profits, if a product has low manufacturing cost, shot production cycle, and meets customers requirements. Otherwise, the company may loss the business opportunity quickly. There are many factors to be considered for design for manufacturability. For different products different factors should be considered. First this research probes effect of design for manufacturability factors to determine some general factors and makes a hierarchically multi-attribute evaluation structure. Then using fuzzy multi-attribute decision and analytic hierarchy process analyze product design for manufacturability. Finally the research construct this system on internet, and makes this system achieving (1) faster integrate different opinions, (2) effectively analyze new product design for manufacturability, (3) quickly determine a better plan when product must implement an engineering change.
