In this thesis, the design algorithm of simultaneous deadbeat- trackingcontrol of two and three single-input single-output and multi-input multi-output plants are developed. The two-degree- of-freedom parameterizedcontroller is employed to derive the simultaneous deadbeat-trackingcontrol design method, which includes the simultaneous robust-trackingfeedback controller and simultaneous deadbeat-tracking prefilter designs.The conditions for the existence and the systematic design algorithm of the two-degree-of-freedom controller are proposed such that the simultaneous deadbeat-tracking control of two and three single- inputsingle-output and multi-input multi-output plants are attained.
