製造業交期指定模式之探討-以IC封裝廠為例

摘要


IC封裝業的資本投資額很大,所以一般封裝廠均期望在最短的時間內回收成本,然而在大量接單時廠商所給予客戶的交貨時間是以一個固定的時間來給定,例如:五天或七天等。而固定交期(constant due date)時間,對顧客的服務水準有嚴重的影響,因此本研究即針對廠商與客戶間發展一有效的交期指定模式(due date assignment ),此模式考慮以提高廠商之商譽與對客戶的服務水準。 本研究的方法以靜態現場狀況(state shop condition)為基礎,發展一適用於IC封裝廠的交期指定模式,此模式期望能夠有效預測出實際交期。本研究工作第一階段為交期指定演算式之建構,第二階段對所發展出之交期指定模式做驗證。

Duing to the high investment in IC packaging industries, the company is expected to make the rate of return in the short time. The due date assignment procedures in these companies are pretty fixed and they are in constant time period, ex. , 5 up to 7 days. But the constant due date has a profound effect to the customer service level, this research has proposed a due date assignment model which considers the bottleneck machine loads, the waiting time and the queue length in the shop. Hopefully this model can provide an accurate due date forecasting thus the customer service level can be highly increased. This research is based on the state shop loading condition to develop a due date assignment model. And, the model can quickly respond to produce an accurate due date for each order input to the system. The tasks in this research are categorized in two stages, first is to development a mathematics model to forecast a due date for each order input. Second is to prove the due-date assignment model.
