摘要

本文探討資訊分享與決策制定對公司成本之影響。本研究設定在IC設計公司，假設二個互相影響的個別單位由上游業務單位、下游生管單位組成，當上游的業務單位面對一個隨著時間變化而產生的需求改變時，在皆無自有工廠(Fabless)而所有製程皆需由委外代工的下游生管部門，要如何以有限的產能以及分散的決策下，研究分析不同程度的資訊分享，對於公司內部之庫存管控及生產成本最終之影響程度。

In this paper, we explore information sharing and decision-making to the cost impact inside a company. This study sets inside the IC design company, assuming the upper layer unit (Sales Dept.) changes its requests to the lower layer unit (Production Control Dept.) according to the customer demand as time passed by. With such kind of outsourcing and fabless (non-owned factories) manufacture in the IC design industry, this study will explore the impact of the company’s cost and inventory, on different levels of information sharing and decision-making coordination of the integrated strategy, based on the existing production capacity and decentralized decision-making.
