中文摘要 近年來產品少量多樣化的趨勢,已經受到企業之重視,為了能夠取得更佳的競爭優勢,企業於是致力於提昇品質、降低成本與縮短交期時間。目前電子化採購(e-Procurement)時代的來臨,不僅將詢議價、訂單、付款供貨、及時供貨及線上融資作業電子化,更可以藉由顧客、供應商之資料分析,有效的整合資訊,並使資訊能以互動方式交流,同時可進一步達成供應績效提昇及快速地滿足顧客之需求等功能。以網際網路及電子商務為基礎之電子化採購推展優勢,是否因此使供應鏈成員製造商、供應商之夥伴關係愈加緊密? 競爭優勢愈加強?各自在作業績效提昇與否?此為本研究欲探討之議題。 本研究先對企業電子化、採購管理、供應鏈管理、夥伴關係、供應體系競爭力方面的相關文獻做一蒐集與彙整,然後發展研究架構,研究假設。緊接著提擬問卷設計,發放於供應鏈之製造廠與供應商問卷調查,回收問卷整理、統計分析,驗證其對夥伴關係與其競爭力影響之探討。 研究結果發現採購e化對供應商作業績效是有正相關聯性。主次購面之採購e化後對夥伴關係是愈緊密,採購e化後對供應體系競爭力愈加強,企業製造商採購e化後,供應商認為夥伴關係因採購E化而使競爭力愈加強緊密,交互組合方面是部份成立。故因此建議企業要追求利潤最大,成本最小之競爭優勢,與供應鏈成員為夥伴關係,電子化採購是有效利器,更重要的是企業流程更需最佳化、重視人員之訓練及創新。 關鍵詞:電子商務 採購 供應鏈 夥伴關係 競爭力
ABSTRACT The product few diversifications has been tendency in recent years. It was valued of enterprise, for could had the better competitive advantage . The enterprise devoted to the promotion quality, reduces the cost and delivery time improve. At present electron purchase (e-Procurement) is time approaching, E-P not only will the negotiated price, order form, payment term, promptly supplies and on-line finances ,Information Technology can be appropriated and interaction by customers and suppliers data analysis. In the meanwhile, To procure results of supply chain and customers request. The electronic procurement meet performance base in electronic commerce and internet. Whether, It make supply chain performance ,partnership and competitive to strengthen or not. The supplier of partnership to be even more close? The competitive advantage strengthens? The supply performance in work achievements promotion or not? This is concept of the discussion for this research. This research first to the enterprise electron, the purchase management, the supply chain management, the partnership, the supply system competitive ability aspect related literature makes a collection with to collect entire, then development research construction, research supposition. Follows it is plans to ask the design, provides to supplying factory and the supplier questionnaire, recycling reorganizes, statistical analysis, confirms it to the partnership and competitive ability influence. The findings discovered e-procurement had connection to the supplier performance. After primary and secondary aspect to the partnership is closer, after it system competitive ability is strengthen, The supplier thought the partnership because of E-P to cause the competitive ability to strengthen closely, The overlapping combination aspect is the partial establishment. Therefore suggested the enterprise needs to pursue the profit in a big way, the cost smallest competitive advantage, with the supply chain member is the partnership, the electron purchase is the effective sharp weapon, That is important of the enterprise flow must optimize, take training of and the innovation the personnel.
