本研究主要目的即在建構一套於電子商務運作架構下,運用工作流程管理觀念, 探討企業後部支援之流程遞送關係,包括資訊流(Information Flow)、物流配送 (Physical Flow)間的整合關係,以找出其中運作之重要機制並建構模式,進而提升 電子商務平台的處理效能。後台支援整合觀念決非現今一般市面上所見,只要將 資訊由不同來源相互串連並送至資料庫或物流系統即可,須以整體流程概念,整 合出一套符合企業運作機制,且具有工作流程概念之架構。故簡單而言本研究所 欲解決的問題為:如何建構符合電子商務作業環境下之模式,以有效完成電子商 務遞送作業整合的目標。 本研究根據個案及現有電子商務經營現況資料的蒐集、分析、推導,得到下列研 究成果: 1. 首先分析提出電子商務平台物流遞送作業之關鍵要素,此外並彙總現今國內推 行電子商務商家在遞送機制處理不足處的四項原因。 2. 依據上述特性,本研究推導、闡述電子商務平台作業處理中商品特性之遞送選 擇四命題,以及平台系統建置考量二十命題。 3. 由研究命題提出遞送機制之整合模式,其中最主要的根基為工作流程設計概念, 最後並提出健全電子商務平台遞送機制之六項建議。
The goal of this study is aimed to build in a model under electronic commerce process environment. We use workflow management theories to explore the different flows in business back-end process, which includes the integration relationships between information flows and physical flows. We try to find the important mechanism and use them to build up the effective model, and this model will facilitate the electronic commerce platform. However, the back-end integration is not only connecting the information to database or logistic systems; it must be considered in terms of the whole process that consists of business process framework and workflow architecture. The study is intended to answer "How do we build up the model in electronic commerce environment, in order to achieve the goal of effectively integrate delivery mechanism in electronic commerce." According to the results of the case study that is under current electronic commerce shops operating, we have such conclusions below: 1. First we analyzed and pointed out the critical factors in delivery mechanism of electronic commerce platform; in addition, we formulated four lacks of delivery mechanism in electronic commerce store. 2. According to the characteristics mentioned above, we inferred and described four theses in good quality of delivery choices and twenty theses in system platform considerations. 3. In view of what have been mentioned above, we made the integration model of delivery mechanism, which is based on the workflow design conception. Finally we addressed six advises in well-conditioned the delivery mechanism of electronic commerce platform.
