運用圖像識別技術於行動加值服務設計之研究-以二維條碼應用於小額付費為例

摘要


行動電話為目前最為普及之行動裝置,而攝相模組也成為行動電話標準配備,基於行動影像的行動加值服務成為未來發展的趨勢。圖像識別技術的發展乃是希望以機器模擬人類感知與辨識分類能力,讓機器擁有自動判斷能力,進而改善人類與機器的互動模式。本研究目的在於將影像為基礎之圖像識別技術應用於行動加值服務設計,進而發展具創新性的應用服務模式,並增加行動電話的延伸功能。並以圖像識別技術中之二維條碼技術應用於小額付費服務,進行一系列應用服務設計。藉由Semacode行動條碼進行實作服務設計,由實用觀點瞭解圖像識別技術於行動加值服務設計的應用價值。 本研究透過Elizabeth van de Kar等所提出之行動資訊與娛樂服務商業模式架構,進行個案研究分析。以該架構之啟動技術、符合顧客價值之服務模式、網路結構與協同架構、營收模式等四個分析構面,延伸探討圖像識別技術應用在行動加值服務設計之技術應用、服務規劃、市場經營。個案研究之樣本包括日本行動條碼服務、Skin-Expert行動皮膚檢測系統、Xerox行動文件影像、OKAO行動面部辨識系統。並以相關領域之學者與業界人士進行深度訪談,就個案研究之結論以及實作服務設計給予建議。最後本研究發現圖像識別技術確實可藉由行動電話與無線通訊,開發新型態的行動加值服務,其實作服務設計也相當具有高度可行性。此類型之行動加值服務開發,相信可為台灣的行動通訊市場帶來更為多元、方便的各項服務應用。

Mobile phone, which is the basic equipment of the most photo-snap module, is the most available handled device at present, on the strength of the evolution of mobile value-added service based on the mobile images in the future. The development of pattern recognition is expected to assume that computer has the automatically-ascertain ability to sense and recognize as much as human being can do and improve the human-computer interaction. This study is going to use pattern recognition technologies into mobile value-added services design, develop innovative implicated service model, which adds the extended function of mobile phone. Furthermore, it is also going to carry out a series of applications service design by using two-dimension barcode technology, one of the pattern recognition technologies for micropayment application service. Via Semacode for practical service design, the value of using pattern recognition in mobile value-added services can be understood from the practical viewpoint. The case study of this research is based on the “Model of Business Model Components for Mobile Information and Entertainment Services”, constructed by Elizabeth van de Kar et al. in procession of case study analysis. This model constructed by four components, customer value, network formation and coordination and revenue models, discusses the application of pattern recognition technology used in technical skill, service plan, market management of mobile value-added services design. Case study samples includes “mobile barcode service in Japan”, “Skin-Expert mobile skin indetify system”, “Xerox mobile document image”, “OKAO mobile face recognition system”. The study carries on interview surveys with scholars and professionals in related study field take conclusion of case study and practical service design for recommendation. Finally, this study finds that pattern recognition technologies can develop new type of mobile value-added services by mobile phone and the wireless communication. Practical service design also possesses high feasibility. With the development of this type of mobile value-added services, it promises to bring mobile communication market in Taiwan the more convenient and diverse applied services.
