摘要


頻率合成器在無線通訊應用上越來越廣泛,如無線通訊網 路、個人無線通訊系統等都是不可或缺的重要元件,所以它也 就越來越受到重視。而目前在射頻元件部份的設計上都朝向低 工作電壓以延長手機使用時間,本論文即以低工作電壓的頻率 合成器為主要設計目標。在本論文中,首先設計一適用於頻率 合成器的低工作電壓壓控振盪器,接著設計迴路濾波器以便符 合頻率合成器的規格,最後研製出頻率合成器並量測其各種特 性。從實驗量測數據中,顯示此研製的頻率合成器具有一良好 的工作特性。

The applications of frequency synthesizer, which plays a big role, are widely used in the wireless communication. The more wireless communication is booming up, the more important synthesizer is. Nowadays, the most of designer focus on radio frequency component of working at low-voltage operation to extend the time of stand by. In this thesis, a voltage control oscillator is designed for the use in a frequency synthesizer worked at low voltage. Besides, a loop filter is also designed to fit the specifications of the frequency synthesizer. Finally, the frequency synthesizer is developed and its characteristic parameters are also measured. From the measured data, it is shown that the developed frequency synthesizer has a good operation function.
