物流中心在商品流通的過程中,為滿足顧客的需求及追求合理的揀貨成本,必須快速地做出最佳揀貨作業的決策。而物流中心人工揀貨區之訂單揀取作業是一項重要且繁雜的工作,若妥善的規劃將可降低物流中心的營運成本。本研究同時考慮物流中心人工揀貨區中的訂單批次處理與揀貨路徑規劃。為了得到較佳的揀貨作業規劃,且有別於一般的啟發式演算法常受限於局部最小值,本研究採用塔布搜尋法的廣面搜尋方式,期能獲得全域最佳解或近似最佳解。本研究並藉實驗設計來分析塔布搜尋法中各參數設定對揀貨作業中揀貨路徑規劃的影響。分析結果顯示交換法參數對本研究求解品質與效率均有顯著的影響。
The distribution center (DC) has to make optimal order picking decisions to satisfy the customers’ demands at reasonable order picking cost during the rapid business flow process. Hence, order picking policies play an important role in a DC and the exact planning can also reduce operational costs of DC. This study integrated the order batching and route planning problems in a manual picking area. In order to obtain a better order picking policy, this study searches for a global solution (or near optimum) by tabu search rather than traditional local search method. Finally, an experimental design was made to analyze some design parameters of the tabu search to the order batching and routing planning problem. The results show that the factors of the exchange method are significant in both solution quality and efficiency.
