永續性產品之創新設計

摘要


「永續發展」在確保環境生態不受污染、資源可以永續利用及生態工業能被建立。本研究提出永續性產品創新設計程序,為產業面臨生態問題時,透過TRIZ系統化的思考,找到一種滿足現有需求且不損害生態,也不會使系統變得更複雜的解決方式。於產業在創新設計與發展階段,面對產品功能與環境保護衝突時,提供解決而不是妥協取捨的方式,達到資源運用的最適化,以減少廢棄物質的不當產生,並保護環境及人員的健康,降低或排除禁用物質之使用。研究中特別以工具機產業切削液,對資源損耗嚴重及有害廢棄物質的問題提出創新解決,同時也對電子產業中,廣泛使用錫鉛焊料中的禁用物質鉛為研究另一焦點,為設計者思考如何在提供產品原有功能下,而不造成環境衝擊的創新技術。透過所提出永續性產品創新設計程序,確能有效達到企業為因應環保的技術創新,並能持續減少污染與資源的消耗,用來生產更有用的產品和服務,同時亦提高了產品附加價值,使企業更具有競爭力。

「Sustainable Development」is to make sure the prevention of environmental pollution, the use of sustainable resource and the establishment of eco-industry. The purpose of this research is to provide the procedure of sustainable product design for the solution of product that meets the needs of the present and does not impact the environmental development. This procedure will provide designers with a TRIZ innovative method for overcoming conflicts between improving environmental objectives and increasing product usefulness to optimize resource efficiency, reduce the toxic waste, protect the environment and the human health, and exclude the use of the restriction of hazardous substances. One of the case study of this research is to provide an innovative solution for the serious resource consumption and the toxic waste of the cutting coolant of machine tool. Another case study is the widely use of tin-lead solder paste by electrical industry. However, the lead is the restriction of hazardous substances. This research provides a way of design that meets the function of product and does not impact the environment. Through the procedure of sustainable product innovative design is certainly adaptive to help enterprise to face the technical innovation of environmental protection and reduce pollution and resource consumption to produce more useful product and service. It can also promote the value-add of the product and let enterprise have more competitive advantage.
