新管理與專案經理人能力對專案執行績效影響之研究－以台灣電子資訊產業為例

摘要

現今的企業面臨全球化的激烈競爭，對企業而言，任何新構想、新改變的構思與實行，都屬於創新的一環，若能常常做出領先業界的動作，以更新穎、更具創意的思維來達成組織任務中各階段的目標，便能以高績效取得與延續領先優勢。
　　企業面對經營環境愈來愈競爭且多變的趨勢，以專案方式構成的專案型組織，或於組織架構下以專案型活動來完成階段性目標與獲利的作法，目前已經廣為企業所採用。專案管理是一種以科學方式管理專案的方法，其執行之效率與效果常決定市場競爭力與企業獲利能力，而優秀的專案經理人則是專案能否成功的關鍵所在；若企業之專案經理人能熟練並運用專案管理之管理與領導技巧，特別在面臨競爭者強大的威脅之下，充分掌握相關各種資訊，在兼顧時間、成本與品質等各方面考量，有效率的執行專案，達到最好的績效，對企業競爭力的提昇是相當有幫助的。
　　本研究主要是探討國內電子資訊產業，其創新管理類型與專案領導人能力對專案執行績效之影響，做一整合驗證性的研究，經過實證資料的蒐集與統計分析探討三個構面間之關係，得到以下之發現：
（一）對電子資訊產業而言，其創新管理類型與專案經理人能力兩者間有顯著的正向關係。
（二）對電子資訊產業而言，其創新管理類型與新專案執行績效兩者間有顯著之正向關係。
（三）對電子資訊產業而言，其創新管理類型與專案經理人能力對專案執行績效有顯著的正向關係。

Organizations nowadays encounter the globalization competition. Any new idea or changes would be part of the creativities. It would be a benefit if the organization can always have more creative and effective ideas to achieve the targets in all steps and acting as a leader in front of other enterprises.

As the competitive and changing environment; nowadays, organizations implement the project management to achieve their targets. Project management becomes a scientifically implementation. Project manager is the key point whether the Project will success or not. If the project manager can manipulate the technique of the project and take control of all the information, it would be a great help in enhance the ability of the organization in the global competition.

This paper is to discuss the impact of project managers of information management industry. According to the research and the analysis of statistics, we sum up the follow three points.

1.For Information management Industries, there is a positive relationship between creative project management and the ability of project manager.
2.For information management industries, there is a positive relationship between creative project management and project management implementation.
3.For information management industries, there is a positive relationship between creative project management and the ability of the project managers in implementing the projects.
