台灣紡織產業歷經近多年的蓬勃發展,為台灣創造外匯位居第三位產業,歷年來均為我國經濟發展貢獻卓著。在這經濟發展的背後,公司有否提供相對的安全工作環境給這群努力工作的員工,工作安全是否被重視?根據多數學者探討安全議題上,均指出安全文化與工安意外事故損失有密切關係,即安全文化是影響安全績效因素之一。多數學者亦指出;管理階層及工作者的安全價值關是建立安全文化的重要因素。 因此,本研究即以台灣紡織產業管理階層及工作者的安全價值觀,以問卷調查方式探討其對於組織安全文化與安全績效之關係。在資料分析上,以複迴歸分析探討各構面間之相互影響關係: 1.安全價值觀以管理者對工作者的「相互關係」與「能見度」及工作者對於「自身、同事安全」與「設備環境」越積極時,對建立優質安全文化及良好安全績效具顯著影響。 2.安全文化以「安全管理的承諾」、「人員投入和承諾」、「教育與溝通」與「緊急應變」對安全績效最具顯著影響。 3.安全價值觀以管理者的「能見度」、「預應管理」及與工作階層的「相互關係」因素及工作者對於「同事安全」與「設備環境」越積極時,對安全績效最具顯著影響。
Taiwan’s textile industry has been booming in the past years,it was 3rd biggest foreign exchange industry and contributed to Taiwan economic developing sustainable. Behind the economic developing, do the employers have provided the safety workingplace to employees and pay attend to safety affair? Accordingly the most scholar study the safety subject, pointed out the safety culture and the labor safety accident loses has the high corelation; the safety culture is one of safety performance affect factor. The most scholars also pointed out the management stratum and workers’ safety value are the important attribute to establish the safety culture. Therefore this research was based on the anagement stratum and workers’ safety value and uses the questionnaire to discuss relations regarding the organizational safety culture and the safety performance. In data analysis, study the management stratum and workers’s point view to safety value, the safety culture, the safety performance and discusses between each construction surface by the duplicate regression analysis mutually to affect the relations of the analysis results: 1.Management stratum’s “labors relatedship” and “felt leadership” and worker’s “safety awareness both self and coworker “ and “ equipment integrity “ are the most significant to establish the high quality safety culture. 2.The safety culture construction surface’s “ safety management and commitment”、“employees involved and commitment“ 、”Training and communication”and “emergency response “ are the most significant to the safety performance. 3.Management stratum’s “labors relatedship”、“felt leadership ” and ”proactive management “ and worker’s” safety awareness to coworker ”、”equipment integrity” are the most significant to establish excellence safety performance.
