資訊部門知識管理平台的選擇研究

摘要


由於資訊科技不斷的發展,企業已經開始運用資訊科技的來保存及分享知識,使得國內實際導入或建置知識管理系統並加以應用的比例年年增加,這也表示知識管理已由觀念的推展進入實際應用階段,足見知識管理對於企業的必要性及其重要性。 本研究彙整國內外知識管理相關研究,透過文獻整理將知識管理系統平台的重要因素及透過使用者的觀點來整理出當企業要導入知識管理系統時,希望了解使用者對知識管理系統的功能之需求與其影響因素,並對知識入口網站之人機介面設計的考量因素作探討。並針對目前業界的知識管平台提供部門使用者使用,由使用者對於各知識平台的各因素進行評比,透過使用者對於知識管理的評價,找出適合且符合使用者期待的該資訊部門的知識管理系統,以達到導入知識管理平台的效益。

As a result of the development of information technology, enterprises have begun to use information technology to the preservation and sharing of knowledge. The proportion of importing knowledge management systems and applications are increasing every year, this also means that the concept of knowledge management has been extended into the stage of practical application. Knowledge management shows the need for and importance of enterprise. In this study, the factors of the knowledge management platform and the user's point of view was sorted out by literatures from Taiwan and abroad. When the enterprise import the knowledge management platform, they need to know users would like to know the function of knowledge management system needs factors and the impact, and how to design the portal’s considerations of the interface. Afterward, we provide the current knowledge management platform for the users, and make evaluation of various factors by users. Through the evaluation of knowledge management platform to identify appropriate and in accordance with the IT department to achieve the performance expectation.
