學校行政主管對資訊教育的推動策略-以桃園縣中小學績優資訊教師團隊為例

摘要


學校行政主管負有支持、規劃、推動學校教育發展的責任,在資訊教育方面,如何有效領導教師及學生善用科技,並對使用資訊融入教學有良好正確的觀念和態度,需要有效的行政領導來落實。近年來,國中小資訊融入教學的程度雖有大幅進步,但與理想中之目標仍有些許落差,因此,探究推動資訊教育較為成功的學校其行政主管對於推動資訊教育之作為、執行策略與導入方法,相信對一些正在努力探索如何有效進行資訊教育的學校將有實際的助益。   本研究以桃園縣中小學績優資訊教師團隊之學校行政主管為主要研究對象,並以問卷發放之方式調查各績優團隊之行政主管推動資訊教育之策略,透過分析、比較學校行政主管的觀點,並輔以統計、歸納與探討出學校推行資訊教育的實施策略及關鍵成功因素。   根據研究結果顯示,學校行政主管推動資訊教育所採行的策略,可細分為至少51個推廣策略,並能分為「課程規劃」、「資源投入」、「行政運作」、「實施歷程」、「目標產出」、「績效評估」等六個面向,且在此六個策略面向中,學校規劃時應以課程規劃、資源投入、行政運作此三個面向為優先。   本研究並經由文獻歸納與實證分析結果,提出有效推動資訊教育的關鍵成功因素共九項,分別為( 1 )行政主管帶動風氣,成效較佳、( 2 )提升教職員對於資訊教育的好感度、( 3 )客觀、尊重並了解不同層面的需求、( 4 )建立方便、隨處可得的資訊軟硬體環境、( 5 )利用研習等方式提昇教師的資訊素養、( 6 )尋找關鍵人物或組織、( 7 )以課程、學生為本位,思考資訊如何融入教學、( 8 )建立教學與行政資源分享平台、( 9)長期性的推動。

The school administrators are responsible for supporting, planning and driving the educational developments of schools; with respect to the information education, which needs effective administrative leadership to facilitate teachers and students to properly apply technology, and build up adequate concept and manner about using information science in the teaching programs. Over the past years, though it had much progress of applying technology integrated into instruction , still far away from certain ideal goals, therefore, a research on the methods, executive strategies, and introducing ways used by the administrators of those relatively successful schools in terms of information education may be helpful for those teachers who are seeking useful measures in information education. This research targeted the superior teacher teams in primary and middle schools of Taoyuan County as studied recipients, collecting relative data in the fields of used strategies through questionnaires, thereby figuring out those viewpoints of administrators, key factors of success, by ways of statistics and sorting. According to the search results, the strategies those heads was using can be divided into 51 categories, and to six aspects such as “curriculum design”, “resource input”, “administrational operation”, “effecting schedule”, “goal output”, “performance evaluation”, among them, the “curriculum design”, “resource input”, and administration operation, should have priorities. Through documents sorting and evidence analyses, this research presented 9 key successful factors for information education, as follows: (1) driving by the administrators may have better performance, (2) to promote the favors for information education of teachers, (3) to respect and understand various requirements of different standpoints objectively, (4) build up favorable teaching environments accessible to IT resources including software and hardware, (5) to promote teachers expertise in information literacy by the ways of further study and so on., (6) seek the key persons or organizations, (7) from the standpoints of program and student to apply the IT into teaching courses, (8) set a sharing platform for teaching and administrative resources, (9) to facilitate the programs by long term basis.
