摘要

本文藉由「永續發展」（sustainable development）的角度，分析非營利組織在「地方」上如何落實文化推廣。藉用此一概念，探討宗教型NPO之文化推廣的在地關懷之理念，實為本論文的主要內涵。全文共分為五章，其內容簡述如下：
首先，以第一章的緒論部份，首先對本論文之研究動機與目的、研究方法與架構說明本文寫作之動機與目的，接著再針對相關名詞作解釋界定的工作。及研究過程面對的範圍與限制等等。
其次、第二章為非營利組織之文化推廣的相關文獻回顧與探討。並以管理學、社會學、文化美術傳播等不同的角度呈現多面向的文獻回顧及將相關理論作歸納整理，並藉此建立本文之研究架構。
第三章則為個案分析的探討，為宗教型非營利組織的個案研究「創價學會」做文化推廣現況之分析，並藉以印証理論面之達成。
第四章為前一章個案分析在推動利他理念與一般型NPO在推動文化上有明顯的差異，進而綜述宗教型NPO對文化方面有何貢獻等較深入的探討。
最後一章節則為研究結論。整合全篇研究之體系，檢討研究之得失，針對研究發現作一總結性的說明，並推導出結論與建議。總之，本論文透過理論探討與實務上落實，論述宗教型創價學會文化推廣之角色功能及社會關懷之實踐。

The article by means of “ sustainable development’ to analyses how nonprofit organization practice in local. Use this concept , study the culture of NPO development in local. The full text is divided into five chapters; its content is sketched as follows:
First of all in chapter one, focus on the motivation, purpose, research method , structure of thesis. Followed to make the work defined in explanation to relevant nouns. And in the research period facing the limitation and the range so on.
The second chapter is the nonprofit organization look back to the culture which has developed.
The third chapter is analysis by the individual case. To make the analysis of popularizing present situation of culture for the case study ' creates prices and learns ' of religious type nonprofit organization, the ones that used the theory of confirming were reached.
Chapter four is totally different to previous chapter. It surveys religion type NPO has a kind of contribution to the cultural respect.
The last chapter is the study of conclusion. Combining the whole system of research, the gain and loss of making a self-criticism and studying, do the explanation of a summing-up to the finding, derive out the conclusion and suggestion. Offer the basis that the policy suggestion of government department consults in the future.
