本研究之主要目的在探討工作特性、入股滿意度等因素對於工作滿意度及離職傾向之影響。 受試者包括台灣北部有實施分紅入股之上市上櫃公司員工,樣本主要還是以高科技公司為主,問卷總計發放450份回收170份扣除不完整問卷4份共計166份。 透過相關分析、變異數分析、回歸分析及複回歸分析等統計方法的研究結果得出以下結論: (1)工作特性、入股滿意度及工作滿意度等變數間的相互關係;(2)工作特性、入股滿意度及工作滿意度對於離職傾向的個別影響及交互作用程度;(3)工作特性、入股滿意度及工作滿意度對於離職傾向之影響程序及先後關係。並以此結果提供企業降低員工流動率的參考對策。
In this research, we probe into the factors about job characteristics and employee satisfaction with stock ownership that influence work satisfaction and turnover. Experimenters include the employees who have been shared out the stock bonus in north of Taiwan. The specimen was mostly from high technique companies. The total questionnaires are 450 copies, and we retrieved 170 portions that take off 4 incomplete others. So the total retrieved questionnaires were 166 portions. I used the multivariate statistical analysis of my study. The methods were relative analysis、regression analysis to get the study conclusion. The analysis and replying are as follow: ( 1 )The factors between working characteristics、work satisfaction and employee satisfaction with stock ownership; ( 2 ) The individual and intersected influence between working characteristics、work satisfaction and employee satisfaction with stock ownership; ( 3 )The influence process and sequence relationship of working characteristics、work satisfaction and employee satisfaction with stock ownership. I offered my conclusion for companies to lower the rate of employee leaving their job.
